Left Flyer - A very good line to his pheasant. Small hunt and he located his flyer. A terrific effort for so many no birds in this position!

Rooster Flyer - Deke drives the hill and jumps through the hay bales to get to his rooster. A couple quick loops and he is on his bird


Right Retired -  Perfect line to the bird. Well done for a dog who has had to persevere through so many birds. Deke has finished the National!

Right Retired - Deke came into the area a little wide left but corrected. He swam the last bit of water and got the bird.

Short Retired - Good deep of the bird and was handled to it.

Long Retired - Good line to the area. Deke was committed to the area and dug out his bird.

Deke & Kenny

Deke's initial line went through the cover with one whistle to get in and one in the water to get on the point. Two to get off the point and two more whistles to adjust line in the water. One to get on the second point and one more blow to get off. Two more whistles came before the next shore that carried Deke half way across the field. Kenny blow two more times to get him to the mound and one last one to the bird.

Deke & Kenny

Deke's initial line went left of the mud and right of the brown spot. Getting his first whistle to get left of the green tree, this carried Deke through the brown clumps. Kenny blew the whistle three more times to help Deke navigate the hill to where he arrived at his bird.

Right Flyer - Very Good!

Left Middle - Deke had a nice line directly to the area of the fall. He jumped into the cover and got his bird.

Right Middle - Arrived in the area, Deke brushed right of the holding blind. He made the correction and bent into the cover grabbing his bird.

Left Flyer - He got his laser on today! Nice line to the area, with a loop just beyond the holding blind, Deke went over to snatch up his bird.

Deke was back up to the line at 11:28 am for his rerun. However, he received another no bird, so again he will go back 6 spots and have the 2nd rerun in the 7th spot back.

Flyer - Bird hooked in the wind - Dede made 3 loops and on the bird that landed a little more downhill then the others.

Middle Retired - Line through the pond and up the pond to come around on the lop, he went down to the bird.

Right Retired - Excellent line to the mark.

Land Blind - Getting half way down the hill to the second road, Kenny had to blow the whistles twice to her the line that carried Deke all the way to the bird.

Water Blind - The initial line got him to the pond edge. One cast to get into the water and one to get through the cattails. Deke got two more whistles in the far piece of the water and one on the shore. Getting another blow to slide past the cover on the left side to get to the bird, he got a check down and the bird.
