Welcome to the 2019 National Open!
Welcome to the 79th Annual National Open Championship
November 9-16, 2019
The dogs and handlers competing in this event are the very best in the world of performance retrievers! The best of the best. Congrats to all those qualified for this National event!
This year's National Open will take place in Corning, California. Noted for being the "Olive Capital of the World," it also offers up some of the best small-town charm in California. The Rolling Hills Casino and Resort including a golf course and hunt club contribute to making Corning an ideal travel destination. Located only about 100 miles north of Sacramento in the Northern part of California, it is also only about an hour and a half away from the Lassen Volcanic National Park. The average temperature in November will be in the 60's-70's during the days and down into the 40's at night.
We look forward to seeing you all there!
