Pick Up - 53. FC LOUISIANA BLACK MAGIC SPELL, "Hex" LM, Tim Milligan

Flyer - Straight to the bird

Right Retired - Hex hit all three pieces of water and came out on top of his bird.

Short Retired - Excellent line to the island but he missed his bird. Heading deep a quick whistle brought him back.

Long Retired -  Going way deep left, had problems and the gunners stepped out. Picked up.




Pick Up - 36. OAKRIDGERTVR MADE MY DAY, "Maddie" LF, Ray Voigt

Flyer - Nice Mark

Right Retired - Through the water and on the bird

Short Retired - Good line to the area but passing just right and is handled to the bird.

Long Retired - Significant hunt. Unable to handle to the bird. Gunners came out to help. The dog was picked up.

Pick Up - Rerun - No Bird - 21. FC AFC CROPPER'S FIRE IN THE HOLE, "Deep" LM, Al Arthur

No bird on the retired, Deep came right back for his rerun.

Flyer - Excellent Mark!

Right Retired - Quickly out to the fall and the bird.

Short Retired - Deep went right in on the bird and missed it. Had problems handling, wanting to keep hanging by the blind. He then had to be picked up.


Pick Up - 11. FC AFC STRAIGHT TO THE HEART-DAGGER, "Dagger" LM, Johnny Armstrong

Flyer -Nice line to his flyer

Short Retired -  Dagger came in on the left side of the bird and went under the arc. He missed it on his first pass and had to hunt around the blind. He continued his hunt but it got tight and went behind the guns. A very extended long hunt but he persisted and got it!

Right Retired -Came in from the left and got it.

Long Retired -Way way deep left and could not be handled so was picked up

Flyer - Maggie went under the arc for one loop then out to the bird.

Right Retired - She worked her way straight to the bird

Long Retired - She took a line through the short retired and kept going straight to the long retired.

Short Retired - Out to the blind and hunted the area where the blind was on the mound deep of the holding blind. Handled with difficulty and had to be picked up

Flyer - Excellent line out to the long bird. Straight to it.

Right Retired - Angled off to the left, Lexie adjusted and came out of the last piece of water and put her nose on it!

Short Retired - Out to the blind with one loop around, Lexie got deep and was handled to later than be picked up.

Pick Up - 44. FC ROAD TRIPP, "Tripp" LM, Mark Medford

Tripp & Mark - 9:57 am

Tripp's initial line went into the cover where he got two whistles. He got out with one more to get in the water. He carried this to the next point, then got three more whistles to get off of it. Three more came to adjust his line. He went to the left of the mound by the first point and wanted to stay there until he ended up getting picked up.

Pick Up - 24. FC AFC LANE'S THRILLA N MANILLA, "Frazier" LM, Ryan Brasseaux

Right Flyer - Frazier had a good mark on a long flyer

Left Middle - He went into his mark from the right side and recovered his bird nicely.

Right Middle - His line to the flyer was wide right of the left flyer  blind. He began his hunt deep. Frazier committed to the hunt deep and out of site for a bit. He is handled to the right middle bird when he came out of the cover.

Left Flyer - Judges asked gunners to step out.

Pick Up - 20. FC AFC SMOKIN HOT PANTS, "Lucy" LF, Debbie Fulgoni

Right Flyer - Got the hen flyer

Right Middle - Lucy had a check down at the holding blind but moved on to her bird.

Left Flyer - Lucy had a good line to the area then she established a significant hunt that eventually expanded deep. The handler asked for judges to have gunners help. A good effort.

Pick Up - Rerun - 10. FC L7 TROUBLESOME OTTER JIM, "Jim" LM, Chris Ledford

Right Flyer - After a significant hunt in the area of the flyer, Jim leaves the area and begins to drift into the fall. A handle became a pick up




Pick Up - 6. DRY CREEKS WHAT A KAHN, "Kahn" LM, Alan Pleasant

Came to line at 7:35 am.

Right Flyer - Smacked It! Got the bird

Left Middle - Kahn went through the fall and got very wide and deep up the hill towards the rooster. He hunted hard between the rooster and left middle and had to be handled back to the middle left.

Right Middle - Wide right but he curved in to the left in front of the blind. Straight to his bird - Very Nice.

Left Flyer - Out wide left and then short. Kahn had to be picked up.

Came to the line at 1:50 pm.

Right Flyer - George missed the bird on his initial pass, he made a brief loop and got it.

Left Flyer - He carried this line to the blind, but then veered left and right then he got way deep heading back to the middle bird. He went into the cover where the handler could not see and got the middle right; a switch and the handle picked up.

Pick Up - 57. FC AFC CONTRAILS SKY QUEEN, "Reina" LF, David Opseth

Came to the line at 11:10 am

Right Flyer - Reina grabbed this flyer on a dead run!

Right Middle - She went up the right side under the arc and went around the mound. One more loop and she got her bird.

Left Middle - Excellent line going under the arc. Reina went left then wide right and a bit deep. She continued to get deep right and was handled back but then excused for a pick up.

Pick Up - 48. FC MCS HENRY, "Henry" LM, Danny Farmer

Came to the line at 9:53 am.

Right Flyer - Henry had a nice flyer going right to it.

Left Middle - Going right up the line to the bird.

Right Middle - Henry arrived to the area of the mark from the right side of the holding blind. He made three loops deep and right then worked his way to the bird.

Left Middle - Henry had an extended hunt deep and right of the gunners, the handler then asked for the dog to get assistance which is a pick up.

Flyer - Ruger got out to the area and hunted quickly go the bird.

Retired - Nice lien across the pond and went out just right of the blind. He got intot her field for several passes.

Ruger ended up needing to get picked up.
