Left Flyer - Good line to the area. Brief pass to move him up the hill and to his bird.

Right Retired - Smokie drove the hill and comes in behind the gunners. He turned left and has his bird.

Rooster Flyer - Good movement up the hill, a little loop right of the gunners then left of the gunners and he had his bird.

Right Flyer - Nice line to a long bird tight hunt and got it.

Left Flyer - Out to the blind then Left up the hill for a few passes, back down for his hen.

Right Retired - Wide Right of the "hairy mound", curved back to the left and quickly got his bird.

Rooster Flyer - Up the hill to be level with the guns, started close but turned out and expanded his hunt on each pass for this very  long rooster. Handler had to help on this extremely long bird.

Right Flyer - Lunging through the water, Foxx quickly pulls up the hill to retrieve his flyer.

Left Flyer - He makes quick work of short flyer.

Rooster Flyer - Coming in close to the holding blind, he gently blends and scoops up the bird.

Right Retired - Driving the hill, Foxx enters the area. He has a few loops to isolate the bird and then he heads home with it.

Reggie and Dave came back up for their rerun at 10:56 am and received their second no bird. They will be placed back for a second rerun.

Right Flyer - Petey crashed through the water and drove the hill for a tight couple of circles to pin point his bird.

Left Flyer - Into the area at the holding blind and he turned up the hill and got his bird.

Right Retired - Petey entered the area just a tad short. He made a couple of passes left bringing him into the bird.

Rooster Flyer - Entering the area behind the gunners, Petey got beyond the hen. He came back to the area and worked it left but got deep. He continued to work back and fourth slowly expanding his hunt to his bird.

Right Flyer - Tru lunged through the water and climbed the hill. Her first pass ws short, the next loop was deeper and she got her bird.

Left Flyer - She went across the field to the gunners blind and climbed to the left and high. She worked her way back closer to the bird and got it.

Rooster Flyer - Getting out to the left of the hay bales, she climbed the hill and got behind the rooster gunners. She worked a wide line left of the guns but was too deep. She got to the right of the guns and almost in to the retired bird. Chris had to handle her back to get the bird.

Right Retired - Tru headed on a great line but was getting a little deep. She got a quick handle to put her on the bird.

Babe and Danny came to the line at 10:25 am and received a no bird. They will go back for a rerun.

Right Flyer - Jenny lunged through the water climbing the hill. She took one quick turn just left, then she went out to the bird.

Left Flyer - Going out to the gun station, Jenny went under the arc of the bird and set up her hunt pattern deep of the hen. She expanded it until her found her bird.

Right Retired - She went up the left side of the hay bale for a brief hunt short of her mark. She then moved deeper, expanding her hunt until she got this bird.

Rooster Flyer - Up the hill, Jenny went left and close to the guns and started her hunt pattern. She moved further left with each turn until she got her bird.

Right Flyer - Flex went lunging through the water then up the hill getting very wide left for a pass. he came back to the gunners, out in front of them (their back is to the mat) and got the bird.

Left Flyer - Straight to the bird

Right Retired - He went down across the bottom of the bowl and got out behind the "hairy" mound to go straight left to the bird.

Rooster Flyer - Flex had a beautiful line up the hill and came in under the arc at the correct distance. He hunted left of the guns to work it out to get his bird.

Right Flyer - Out to the fall area, Emmy turned right and had her bird.

Left Flyer - She went through the bottom and up left of the hay bale and followed the slope around to the trees hiding the hen flyer station. She hunted left and right in this area, then had to be handled away from other birds and back to this one.

Right Retired - Going through the bottom, she went right of the hay bale going straight up to the back side of the blind. Emmy curved around behind the blind, went out the left and got her bird.

Rooster Flyer - Through the bottom of the bowl, she went left of the hay bale to climb the hill towards the gunners. She turned left out to the fall area and hunted until she found her bird.

Left Flyer - Up the side of the hill and under the arc close to the gunners. Cash hunted close then expanded the hunt to the left until he got the bird.

Rooster Flyer - He got behind the mound to the top of the rim. He started to go right towards the right flyer and was handled back. He came back left past the retired and hunted the rooster. He missed and started to leave and was handled back in to the bird.

Right Flyer - Nice line, started to hunt left and moved quickly to the right to get the bird.

Right Retired - Cash got to the back side of the blind and kept going back. He had to be handled back to the bird.

Right Retired - Up the hill and a right turn in to the area of the fall and back with her hen pheasant.

Left Flyer - Great line to the hen.

Rooster Flyer - Entering the area wide left, Jaida driving the hill landing right and on the rooster.






10th Series – Land Quad with Three Flyers and Two Retired

Test Ten is a Land Quad with Three Flyers and Two Retired. The mat sits on the north side of a large bowl depression. There is a lake behind the mat and the wind is 10 mph at the handlers back.

There is a cove that comes in from the right and goes through most of the bottom of the bowl. One third of this is water and balance is a dried depression. A road is on the left of the mat and goes down the left side of the bowl and makes a hard right turn as it starts up the far side.

Bird One is a rooster flyer located at the top of the bowl on the far side away from the mat. This flyer is shot to the left, landing approximately 391 yards from the line.

Bird Two is a dead hen duck. The gunners retire behind a large "hairy" mound of brush that is located at the side of the far hill below and to the right of the rooster flyer station. The dead hen is thrown to the left landing 223 yards from the line.

Bird Three, a hen flyer is located just left of the road as it bends at the bottom of the hill. The hen flyer is shot to the left landing approximately 197 yards from the line. The gunners retire behind a large green bush.

Bird Four is a green head flyer. The flyer is on the right rim of the bowl. The line to this bird is to the right of the mat, down the hill and through heavy cover. The dog will then swim between 20 and 30 yards back through the heavy cover to go up the hill and to the bird. The green head is shot to the left and lands approximately 210 yards from the line.
